This California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosure (“CCPA Disclosure”) addresses how City National Bank and its subsidiaries (collectively “we”, “us”, “our,” or “City National”) collect, use, and share “Personal Information” as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This CCPA Disclosure supplements all other City National privacy policies and notices applicable to City National services and applies solely to California residents. Our site also uses analytics to recognize your device, or IP address, for general web analytics. Individual users are not identified and do remain anonymous unless you provide FilmTrack with your Personal Information as noted in the paragraph above.

If you submit data to FilmTrack via this site, FilmTrack may use the information provided to contact you with customized marketing information regarding the products and services we provide. However, Personal Information will not be shared, sold, or rented to Third Parties outside of those such as email service providers and/or others which may perform work for FilmTrack under an obligation of confidentiality.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
Security of Personal Information
FilmTrack observes generally accepted standards to protect Personal Information submitted to us from loss, misuse, and unauthorized disclosure. However, no method of data transmission or storage is impervious to unauthorized access; and although unlikely, FilmTrack disclaims all liability for any damages caused by such unauthorized access.
Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the Site previously. FilmTrack issues a cookie only to record encrypted information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include the usernames or passwords but does contain the unique IP of the machine accessing the site or service. Access to the Service will be rejected if an invalid cookie is present and access to the Service will require a user to re-authenticate to the Service. FilmTrack also issues cookies on certain pages of our corporate website. Cookies are stored on your hard drive and not on our servers or site. A cookie itself does not have the ability to automatically collect personal information as it only contains the data placed into the cookie by FilmTrack. Cookies can be removed via the settings section of most web browsers.
