As an IT Security Data Analytics Intern, you will be critically involved in strategic projects that impact IT Security compliance and Key Performance Indicators for the business. You will work with a team of IT security and Operations specialist, collect, create, and report on key business and performance indicators (KPI's) and report to the Manager, Information Security.
As an Intern, you will:
- Assist with creation of Operations Key Performance Indicator Dashboard
- Track data related to Customer Support, Operations and Security Compliance performance
- Take and distribute meeting notes
- Contribute to the creation and communication of KPI project status to team and project manager
Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills to work in an independent environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio
- Effective problem-solving skills, analytical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly
Education
- Sophomore or Junior enrolled in an undergraduate program in Data Analytics or IT Security
